Eastside School-Linked Health Center
Uniting health and education for success in school and life.
The Multnomah County Health Department’s Eastside School-Linked Health Center Program is here to keep your student healthy and ready to learn. The clinic is like any medical office, but we specialize in caring for school-aged youth. The Eastside Health Center is open to all Gresham-Barlow students in the middle and high schools.
Our clinic provides a wide range of primary health care, including routine physical exams, including sports physicals; diagnosis, and treatment of illness and injury; routine lab tests; age appropriate reproductive health care; health education and wellness promotion; and referrals for healthcare services not provided at the health center.
The Eastside School-Linked Health Center is located at 600 NE 8th. Please call us to make an appointment or to answer any questions you may have about our services - 503-988-5488.
Health Services for elementary school-aged students are available at our Parkrose (503-988-3392) and David Douglas (503-988-3554) School-Based Health Centers.
